§ 34.05 EXEMPTIONS.
   Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to apply to the following.
   (A)   Any employer who regularly employs less than 4 individuals. For purposes of this section, individuals who are members of the employer’s family shall not be counted as employees.
   (B)   Any bona fide religious institution with respect to any qualifications for employment based on religion, when such qualifications are related to a bona fide religious purpose.
   (C)   Any type of employment where religious creed, national origin, sex, or ancestry would be considered an essential and bona fide qualification of employment.
