§ 33.11 DESTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS TO PREVENT SPREAD OF FIRE.

The Chief of the Fire Department, or in their absence, the officer in command, or in case of the absence of such officers at any fire, the Village President, or any 2 members of the Board of Trustees, may direct the members of the Fire Department to remove any building or structure for the purpose of checking the progress of any fire.
