§ 33.08 RIGHT TO ENTER PREMISES; STOP ORDERS.

The Chief of the Fire Department shall have the right to enter upon the premises wherein any fire has occurred, if necessary, in order to investigate the origin of the fire. He shall have power to stop the construction of any building when the same is being done in a reckless or careless manner or in violation of any ordinance of the Village.
