§ 157.02 VILLAGE APPROVAL OF POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITIES.
   No site location approval for the development or construction of a new PCF within the Village's jurisdiction may be granted by the Board of Trustees unless an application is filed for approval of such site and is submitted for consideration to the Board of Trustees.
