§ 155.06 RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS.
   (A)   Any sales contract and deed conveying a parcel to an adjacent neighbor pursuant to the provisions of the ANLAP shall contain, at a minimum, covenants which:
      (1)   Prohibit the adjacent neighbor from conveying, assigning or otherwise transferring the parcel except in conjunction with the parcel owned by the adjacent neighbor;
      (2)   Require the adjacent neighbor to maintain the parcel in accordance with the provisions of the Village Code; and
      (3)   Provide that the parcel is being conveyed in "as is, where is condition, including any environmental conditions existing in, on, or beneath the property."
   (B)   The Village Board may require that other covenants be required that are deemed to be in the public interest.
