The zoning regulations of the Village adopted by Ordinance 68-14 on October 24, 1968, and all amendments and supplements thereto, are repealed by Ordinance No. CO-2010-006, which was adopted by the corporate authorities of the Village on April 15, 2010. A new set of zoning regulations for the Village was approved and adopted by the corporate authorities of the Village under Ordinance No. CO-010-006 on April 15, 2010, and such zoning regulations are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof, and are in full force and effect as of April 15, 2010.
