§ 33.01 DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.

There is created and established a Fire Department consisting of a Chief of the Fire Department, 3 Captains, 3 Lieutenants, 36 firefighters, who shall all be officers of the Village, and such additional members of such Fire Department as may be, from time to time, provided for in the annual appropriation ordinance.
