The most recent publication of the Illinois Energy Conservation Code as published by the International Code Council and amended by the Illinois Capital Development Board, Inc., is adopted. Two copies of the most recent adopted Illinois Energy Conservation Code, shall be kept on file in the office of the Building Director and Village Clerk for use, examination and inspection by the public.
