(A) No plumbing or sewer or drainage work except for minor repairs shall be done without a permit from the Building Director. Where such application relates to the installation of sewer and/or water lines, the property must be in full compliance with the land and water pollution requirements of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, Division of Water Pollution Control and the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District, other applicable state, federal, county or other law or regulatory requirements relating to sewer and/or water lines and service, and any other applicable ordinance set forth in this Code. No permits shall be issued unless a bond shall be on file with the Village Clerk as required by § 51.69.
(B) Permit fees shall be as set forth in § 150.004.
