(A) The National Electrical Code, 1999 Edition, is adopted by reference, provided that in the event any of the provisions of the National Electrical Code are in conflict, such other Village ordinance shall prevail.
(B) In addition to the copies of the National Electrical Code which have been on file in the office of the Village Clerk, at least 1 copy of said code shall be kept on file in the office of the Building Director and the Maywood Public Library.
(C) Whoever violates any of the provisions of the National Electrical Code shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500. Each day any violation of any provision of said code is continued shall constitute a separate offense.
