§ 150.018 COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING REGULATIONS.

Application for a building permit shall be accompanied by application for certificates of occupancy and compliance and by plates as required by the zoning regulations. Compliance with the zoning regulations shall be deemed a prerequisite for a building permit.
