The 2003 International Building Code, as published by the International Code Council, shall be and is adopted by reference as the Building Code of the Village and, except as modified in this chapter, each and all of the regulations, provisions and conditions and terms of the 2003 International Building Code are referred to, adopted and made a part hereof by reference as if fully set forth in this Code. At least 1 copy of the International Building Code, 2003 Edition, shall be kept on file in the office of the Building Director, the Village Clerk’s office, and the Maywood Public Library for public inspection.
