§ 130.52 HOUSES OF ILL FAME; DISORDERLY HOUSES.
   No person shall keep or maintain a house of ill fame or assignation or place for the practice of prostitution or lewdness. No person shall lease to another any house, room or other premises or place in whole or in part, for any of the uses and purposes set forth in this section. No person shall patronize or be an inmate of the same nor let, own or be interested in any house, room or other premises for any such purpose or shall keep a common, ill-governed, disorderly house to the encouragement of gaming, drinking or drug use, fornication, prostitution or other misbehavior.
