§ 130.35 IMPERSONATING OR INTERFERING WITH VILLAGE OFFICERS.
   (A)   No person shall falsely represent himself to be an officer of the Village or shall, without being duly authorized, exercise or attempt to exercise any of the duties, functions or powers of a Village officer or shall hinder, obstruct, resist or otherwise interfere with any Village officer in the discharge of his official duties.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully or maliciously torture, torment, beat, kick, strike, mutilate, injure, disable or kill any dog used by the Police Department of the Village in the performance or the functions of such department or to interfere with or meddle with any such dog while being used by the Department or any member or officer thereof in the performance of any functions or duties of the Department or such officer or member.
