§ 119.05 LIVERY VEHICLES LICENSE.
   (A)   The sticker fee for livery vehicles shall be $25 per vehicle per calendar year. In case of a livery vehicle license issued on or after July 1, one half the license fee shall be paid. Such license fee shall be paid in lieu of the regular annual license fee charged by the Village, pursuant to §§ 70.20 et seq. for motor vehicles housed in the Village.
   (B)   The livery vehicle license shall be in the form of a card which shall contain the official license number of the livery vehicle, together with the date such vehicle was last inspected. Such card shall be signed by the Village Clerk. License cards shall be of a distinctly different color each year. The livery vehicle license shall be affixed to a conspicuous and indispensable part of each livery vehicle.
