§ 118.09 EXPIRATION OF LICENSES AND PERMITS, PRORATION OF FEES.
   Taxicab company licenses, taxicab vehicle licenses and taxicab driver permits shall expire on December 31 of each year. The fee for licenses and permits issued on or after July 1 shall be one-half of the annual fee.
