The Building Director shall provide application forms for taxicab company licenses, taxicab vehicle licenses and taxicab driver permits. Such forms shall request such information as the Building Director finds is necessary to determine whether an applicant meets all the requirements set forth in this chapter for the license or permit for which the applicant is applying.
