§ 117.60 HAPPY HOURS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Happy hours prohibited. Drink price specials and happy hours are prohibited. All licensees shall maintain a schedule of prices charged for all drinks of alcoholic liquor to be served and consumed on the licensed premises or in any room or part thereof.
   (B)   Prohibited acts. Pursuant to the prohibitions imposed by this section, licensees may not:
      (1)   Offer, sell, or serve any free drink to any person.
      (2)   Serve more than 2 drinks to 1 person at 1 time for consumption by that 1 person (except when selling or delivering wine by the bottle or carafe).
      (3)   Offer, sell, or serve to any person an unlimited number of drinks during any set period of time for a fixed price (except at private functions not open to the general public).
      (4)   Offer, sell, or serve to any person or group of persons on any 1 day drinks at prices less than those charged the general public on that day.
      (5)   Offer, sell, or serve to any person or group of persons any drinks at a price less than the price regularly charged for such drinks during the same calendar week.
      (6)   Increase the volume of alcoholic liquor contained in a drink or the size of a drink without increasing proportionately the price regularly charged for the drink on that day.
      (7)   Encourage or permit, on the licensed premises, any game or contest which involves drinking alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverage or the awarding of drinks as prizes.
