§ 117.45 CLASS B LIQUOR LICENSEES PROHIBITED FROM SELLING ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR, OTHER THAN SPIRITS, EXCEPT IN THE MANUFACTURER’S ORIGINAL CASE OR CARTON.
   No Class B liquor licensee shall sell or dispense any alcoholic liquor, including but not limited to beer and wine, other than spirits as defined in Illinois Liquor Control Act of 1934, § 1-3.02 (235 ILCS 5/1-3.02) except in the manufacturer’s original case, carton or similar container, and in no event shall any Class B liquor licensee sell any liquor, other than spirits, by the individual can, bottle or other container if the volume of alcoholic liquor in such can, bottle or other container is 16 ounces or less.
