§ 117.42 SANITARY CONDITIONS.
   All premises used for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor, or for the storage of such liquor for such sale, shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition and shall be kept and maintained in full compliance with the Building Code, Fire Code, Health Code and other ordinances of the Village regulating the condition of premises used for the storage or sale of food for human consumption.
