(A) Each license except Class C and Class E licenses shall terminate on December 31 next following its issuance unless sooner revoked for cause as provided by law.
(B) When a license has been issued to an individual who is no longer eligible for a license, the license shall terminate and be revoked without further action by the Village or the Local Commissioner.
