§ 117.04 CIVIL RIGHTS IN LICENSED PREMISES.
   No licensee licensed under the provisions of this chapter shall deny or permit their agents and employees to deny any person full and equal enjoyment of the accommodations, advantages, facilities and privileges of any premises in which alcoholic liquor is authorized to be sold subject only to the conditions and limitations established by law and applicable alike to all citizens.
