§ 114.09 ENFORCEMENT.

(A) It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police and the Chief of the Fire Department to see that every exhibition, amusement, theatrical or other public show or amusement is inspected by a member of the Police and Fire Departments and to insure conformity with the provisions of this chapter concerning such amusements.

(B) Police protection shall be provided at gatherings for athletic contests and amusements as directed by the Chief of Police and at the expense of the licensee.
