For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a separate meaning.
AMUSEMENT. Any theatrical, exhibition, show and any other entertainment offered, operated, presented or exhibited for admission of the public.
PUBLIC PLACE OF AMUSEMENT. Any building, hall, room or enclosure to which the general public may be admitted with or without the payment of an admission fee or charge, where they may engage in or witness the performance of any amateur theatrical entertainment, any exhibition, show, amusement, entertainment, whether musical or otherwise, or any dancing or skating, either by the patrons or other persons.
