§ 113.20 PETITION FOR REVIEW OF DENIAL.

In the event the application for a license required by this chapter is denied, within 10 calendar days thereafter, the applicant may file a petition for review of the action denying said application, which petition shall be under oath and shall be filed with the Village Clerk as provided in § 110.17(I).
