(A) A licensee of a rooming house shall keep a register in which shall be entered the name and residence of every person who becomes a roomer therein. Such register shall show the number or location of the room occupied by such person, the date of their arrival, and the period for which they engaged a room.
(B) The register shall be accessible, without charge, to any police officer or authorized agent of the Village.
