§ 112.02 COMPLIANCE.
   No house or building or portion thereof other than those being used as a legal rooming house as of January 30, 2010, and possessing a valid license to operate as a rooming house on January 30, 2010, may be converted into, used as or leased as a rooming house after January 30, 2010.
