§ 111.28 SELF-SERVICE AUTOMOBILE LAUNDRIES.
   (A)   Definition. For purposes of this section, the term SELF-SERVICE AUTOMOBILE LAUNDRY shall mean any facility for the coin-operated or self- service washing of motor vehicles.
   (B)   Duties of owner or operator. The owner or operator of any self-service automobile laundry shall:
      (1)   Keep the premises free of debris and litter;
      (2)   Prevent loitering, excessive noise and rowdiness on the premises; and
      (3)   Maintain peace, order and safety on the premises.
   (C)   Attendant. There shall be present on the premises of every self-service automobile laundry an attendant during all operational hours.
   (D)   Hours of operation. No self-service automobile laundry shall be open or be operated between the hours beginning at 6:30 p.m. and ending at 6:30 a.m.
   (E)   Compliance required. It shall be unlawful to operate any self-service automobile laundry except in compliance with the provisions of this section.
