(A) License; bond amount. No person shall engage in the businesses hereinafter described without a license therefor and furnishing a bond in the amounts as hereinafter named. The license fee shall be as set forth in § 110.13.

(B) Bond. Every person licensed under this section shall deposit with the Director of Finance a bond in the amount specified with surety to be approved by the Board of Trustees to protect the Village from any and all loss, cost, expense or liability which the Village may suffer, or be put to, or which may be recovered from it by reason of the issuance of such license or by reason of any act or thing done or neglected to be done under or by virtue of the authority given in such license.
