§ 110.15 TRANSFERABILITY.
   (A)   Licenses issued may be transferred upon applications by the original licensees; provided, that written notice thereof is given to the Director of Finance 10 days before the transfer is made, but no more than 1 transfer of any license shall be made within any license year, provided, that it shall be unlawful to transfer any peddler's, itinerant merchant's or chauffeur's license and any attempted transfer of such license shall have no effect.
   (B)   The location of any licensed business or occupation, or of any permitted act, may be changed; provided, that 10 days notice thereof is given to the Director of Finance; further that the building, zoning and frontage consent requirements of this Code are complied with.
   (C)   The fee for the transfer of a license shall be 25% of the annual fee originally paid; and no such transfer shall be made or have effect unless and until such fee is paid to the Village.
   (D)   Where a bond is required as a prerequisite to the issuance of the license, the transferee thereof shall furnish a similar bond, and where there is a provision that no such license shall be issued to any but a person of good character, the character and qualifications of the transferee shall be subject to the same restriction.
