§ 110.14 PREMISES TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   No license shall be issued for the conduct of any business or for the performance of any act if the premises on which the business is to be located or the act which is to be performed do not fully comply with all applicable Codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of the Village. No license or certificate of registration shall be issued for any business or for the performance of any act which would violate an applicable law, ordinance, code, rule or regulation of the United States, the state or the Village.
