§ 99.15 HEAVY-DUTY TOWING.

Tow service operators with tow trucks capable of towing semi-tractor trailer vehicles shall be placed on the regular towing list and on a separate heavy-duty towing list. The heavy-duty towing list shall be used any time heavy-duty towing is required.
