(A) The following parks are designated as "tot lots" for purposes of this chapter:
(1) Fifth and Lexington Park - located at 5th Avenue and Lexington;
(2) Twenty-Second and Lexington Park - located at 22nd Avenue and Lexington;
(3) Tot Lot Park - located at 4th Avenue and Huron; and
(4) Waterworks Park - located at 9th Avenue and Wolcott.
(B) The use of tot lots is specifically reserved and maintained for children 12 years of age and under who are accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult.
