§ 97.05 BOND.
   No permit shall issue without the posting of a cash bond with the Village in the amount of $100 for events expected to be attended by 25 persons or less, and, for events expected to be attended by more than 25 persons, in the amount of $100 plus an additional $2 for each person over the initial 25. Such bond is to be used for clean-up costs or damage resulting from the event and shall be refunded in full if no such costs or damage are incurred. The permittee shall be responsible for any clean-up costs or the actual damage repair costs that exceed the amount of the cash bond.
