§ 97.04 APPEAL OF DENIAL OF PERMIT.
   In the event that the Village Manager denies a permit application, the applicant shall have the right to appeal the denial to the Village President and Board of Trustees of the Village. The appeal must be made within 14 days after receipt of the notice of rejection or denial. The President and Board of Trustees shall hear the appeal at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Trustees.
   In the event such meeting is after the requested date of the event, the President and Board of Trustees shall not be required to conduct a special meeting for the purpose of an appeal.
