§ 30.33 RECORD AND MEMORANDUM OF ORDINANCES.
   (A)   Required. The Village Clerk shall record, in a book used exclusively for that purpose, all ordinances passed by the Board of Trustees. Immediately following each ordinance, the Village Clerk shall make a memorandum of the date of the passage and the publication, where required, of the ordinance.
   (B)   Prima facie evidence. The record and memorandum required by this section, or a certified copy thereof, shall be prima facie evidence of the contents, passage and of the publication or posting of ordinances.
