The Building Director and Sanitarian Department periodically shall inspect all private residential swimming pools to determine whether or not the provisions of this chapter and other ordinances of the Village regarding health, sanitation and safety applicable thereto are being complied with. For this purpose, they are hereby authorized to enter upon any premises in the Village to investigate the existence of a swimming pool and to determine whether or not any such pool complies with the requirements of this chapter.
