(A) All electrical installations provided for, installed and used in conjunction with private residential swimming pools shall be in conformance with the Village ordinances.
(B) No current carrying electrical conductors, including extension cords, shall cross private residential swimming pools, either overhead or underground or within 15 feet horizontally of such pool.
(C) All metal fences, enclosures or railings near or adjacent to private residential swimming pools, which might become electrically alive as a result of contact with broken overhead or other conductors, or from any other cause, shall be effectively grounded.
