§ 96.07 STRUCTURAL DESIGN.
   Residential swimming pools shall be designed to withstand the water pressure from within and to resist the pressure of the earth when the pool is empty. The slope of the bottom of any part of a permanent type below-grade pool in which the water is less than 5 feet in depth shall not be more than 1 foot in each 10 feet. The maximum slope where water is 5 feet or more in depth shall not exceed 1 foot in 2 feet.
