No person shall construct, install, enlarge, use or alter any private residential swimming pool, whether permanent or temporary, without first having obtained an annual permit therefor from the Village. Written application for such permit shall be filed with the Building Director and shall be accompanied by plans and specifications sufficiently detailed to enable determination of whether the proposed pool complies with the requirements of this chapter. No permit for an existing pool shall be granted by the Building Director until compliance with this chapter is demonstrated to their satisfaction. Permit fees shall be as set forth in § 150.004.
