The Village adopts by reference the provisions of 410 ILCS 650 et seq. to the extent it may be authorized by law to adopt such regulations, except that any provisions of 410 ILCS 650 et seq. relating to or imposing a penalty are not adopted. Any person violating any provision of 410 ILCS 650 et seq. herein adopted shall be subject to the penalty provided for violation of this Code.
