§ 94.16 NEWSSTANDS.
   (A)   Permit. It shall be unlawful for any person to erect, locate, construct or maintain any newspaper stand on any public way or other public place without obtaining a permit therefor from the Director of Finance. An application for a permit for a newspaper stand shall be made to the Director of Finance upon such form which shall be provided by him and shall be signed by the applicant. The permit to erect, locate, construct or maintain a newspaper stand shall state thereon the name and address of the permittee and the location for each permit granted.
   (B)   Revocation. Any permit for the erection, location, construction or maintenance of a newspaper stand on any public way or other public place may be revoked by the Board of Trustees in their discretion.
   (C)   Construction and limitation on use. Newspaper stands shall be constructed in accordance with the general design therefor to be approved by the Director of Public Works and the Building Director and shall be maintained upon the public streets under the direction and supervision of the Director of Public Works and the Building Director. Nothing shall be exhibited, offered or sold from newspaper stands except newspapers and magazines.
