§ 94.10 DEPOSITS IN STREETS AND GUTTERS.

It shall be unlawful to deposit in any public street or gutter any material which may be harmful to the pavement thereof, or any waste material or sweepings, whether or not it is produced on the abutting premises, or any glass or other articles which might cause injury to persons or property.
