§ 94.07 PRIVATE USE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to use any street, sidewalk or other public place as space for the display or sale of goods or merchandise or for peddling merchandise, or to write or mark any signs or advertisements on any such place, or to use any such place for any private purpose unless authorized to do so by the Board of Trustees.
