§ 94.03 ABUTTING OWNERS TO KEEP SIDEWALKS IN REPAIR.

All public streets, alleys and sidewalk pavements shall be kept in good repair. All sidewalks shall be kept in good repair by the abutting owners at their own expense. In the event the Village shall sustain damages because of the failure of the abutting owner to keep the sidewalks in good repair, such owner shall be liable to the Village to the extent of such damages.
