§ 94.01 CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIR.
   (A)   Permit. It shall be unlawful to construct or lay any pavement on any public street, sidewalk, alley or other public way, or to repair the same, without first having secured a permit therefor. Applications for such permits shall be made to the Building Director and shall state the location of the intended pavement or repair, the extent thereof, and the person who is to do the actual construction work.
   (B)   Bond. Each applicant for a permit to construct, repair or lay any pavement on any street, alley or other public way shall file a bond with surety conditioned to indemnify the Village for any loss or damage resulting from the work undertaken or the manner of doing the same.
   (C)   Specifications. All street pavements and sidewalks shall be made in conformity with specifications laid down or approved from time to time by the Board of Trustees.
