§ 30.29 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   Upon the written request of the President, or of 3 Trustees, duly signed by them, the Village Clerk shall issue a written or printed call for a special meeting, at least 24 hours previous, to all members of the Board when called by the President, and to the members and President of the Board when called by 3 Trustees. The call shall state the time and place of holding such special meeting, and the purpose for which it is called, and stating the names of the members requesting such call. Such notice shall be served by any police officer of the Village, by delivering to and leaving with each of them personally at their place of residence, abode or business address, a correct copy of same; provided, that such special meeting may be called at any previous regular meeting, by a majority vote of the Board, without further notice.
