§ 92.29 HAZARDOUS, ABANDONED AND INOPERABLE VEHICLES.
   Hazardous vehicles, abandoned vehicles and inoperable vehicles as defined in § 99.01 are declared to be public nuisances for purposes of § 93.20 and shall be subject to removal by the Village in accordance with the provisions of Ch. 99.
