§ 92.03 TOILET FACILITIES, PUBLICLY USED PREMISES.
   (A)   At least one toilet facility with lavatory, easily accessible to the public, shall be provided for customers of any restaurant regardless of seating capacity. Separate toilet facilities with lavatories for each sex shall be provided for customers of any restaurant designed to seat 25 or more customers at one time. Such facilities must comply with the Plumbing Code of the Village. An adequate supply of soap, sanitary towels and toilet paper shall be available for use at all times.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or operate any business or establishment to which the public is invited for the purpose of entertainment or recreation unless there are provided on the premises separate toilet facilities with lavatories for the use of male and female patrons. Such facilities shall be easily accessible to the patrons and shall comply with the Plumbing Code of the Village. An adequate supply of soap, sanitary towels and toilet paper shall be available for use at all times.
