§ 91.08 REIMBURSEMENT OF EXTRAORDINARY EXPENSES.
   (A)   The party or parties for whose benefit the expense was incurred shall be responsible, in those instances where the benefitting party or parties do not directly assume financial responsibility for any extraordinary fire-related expenses incurred, for reimbursing the Village Fire Department for all extraordinary expenses incurred in responding to a fire-related emergency inside or outside of the Village.
   (B)   The Village Fire Chief or his designee is authorized to prepare and transmit to the party or parties for whose benefit the expense was incurred an itemized bill for all such extraordinary expenses incurred by the Village Fire Department.
   (C)   An extraordinary expense shall be defined as an expense incurred by the Village Fire Department over and above those expenses usually incurred in responding to a fire-related emergency inside or outside of the Village, including, but not limited to:
      (1)   Emergency wrecking expenses incurred in an attempt to prevent the spread of a fire;
      (2)   Emergency bulldozing expenses;
      (3)   Emergency towing expenses; and
      (4)   Emergency heavy-duty crane expenses.
